The Sack is a helmet in Tiny Rogues.
Tips
The Sack increases your bleed damage by 25%. In order to maximize its effect, use a weapon, such as the Butcher Cleaver, that inflicts bleeding. Because bleed deals 60% of infliction damage per second, having high single-hit damage will yield greater returns. Consider taking traits such as Colossal Might or Lethality to increase your single-hit damage.
Trivia
The Sack is a reference to Maneater Mildred, an invader from Dark Souls that wears only a sack on her head and wields a butcher's knife.
