Handcuffs is a Gloves-type equipment in Tiny Rogues. the Handcuffs disable the players ability to equip or use an offhand item, while considering the players equipped weapon a two-handed weapon

The Handcuffs effect interacts positively with the Titan Grip trait, allowing the player to use an offhand item while a slashing-damage weapon is being used. This does not effect any non-slashing weapons when they are equipped, causing the off-hand item slot to become disabled again if a slashing weapon is not currently being used.
