Armory

Armories are a reliable source of weapons. Choose from 3-4 weapons from Uncommon to Legendary depending on the current floor and if it happens to be Royal.

Royal Armories appear with a 10% chance per run and contain +1 Weapon and +1 Rarity Tier.

Tavern

Taverns are hubs to spend your gold on various NPCs and have a rotating roster of vendors that can be rerolled through the Bar Maid NPC.
There are various ways Taverns can be augmented with Mastery Perks.

• There are three consistent NPCs that will always appear, unless augmented via Mastery Perks. The Bar Maiden, Tavernkeep and the Nurse.
• With a base 15% chance, a Black Market trapdoor can appear in the bottom left of the Tavern, this can be increased through the Smuggler Nook Mastery Perk.
• The Black Market trapdoor will be locked upon rerolling with the Bar Maiden. It can be re entered upon using another Key .

★ Price can be reduced with Mastery Perks.
☆ Price changes based on Alignment, cheaper price if you have the correct alignment, expensive if you have the opposite alignment. More information can be found here.

Knights of The Order of the Silver Dragon are Tavern NPCs that appear once per run in your first Tavern that give an item if you are holding a weapon that is rarity Rare or higher. The knight will keep appearing until you show them a weapon.

Based on your Cinder Level, a different knight will appear in your tavern.

Blacksmith

Blacksmiths are the main way of repairing your armor and upgrading your weapons. There is a variety of Blacksmith rooms that can appear, including the Soul Forge and the Duergar Blacksmith which only appear on later floors. Blacksmiths can be augmented a variety of ways via Mastery Perks.

Pawn Shop

Pawn Shops are areas where you can sell your equipment by dropping it on to the shop floor. The value you receive is based on the item rarity, upgrade level and enchantment type. Set items usually are classified as either rare or epic, meaning their sell value is difficult to discern.

Arcade

Arcade rooms contain one arcade machine. Each spin at the machine costs 1 Gold . After a certain number of spins, the machine breaks and more spins cannot be made. However, if a bomb is used on the machine before it breaks, it drops a number of dice.

Once the machine is broken, bombing it does not cause it to drop anything.

Rewards include:

• Soul Heart
• A small amount of Gold
• 2x Key
• 2x Bomb
• 3 Random Items

Leviathan Shrine

After acquiring the Leviathan Axe to become a follower of the Leviathan, he awaits your tribute after each bonfire room.

Leviathan's Rewards Cost (Soul ) Effect Effect Description 5 Random Reward Random Item 5 Upgrade Weapon Upgrade your Leviathan Axe. There appears to be no cap on how far it can be upgraded. The Levithan Shrine can also appear as an Leviathan on World 1 Floor 6. This encounter however only offers you 1 choice, letting you trade 5 Soul for a random item.
