The Power Scouter is an equipment in Tiny Rogues.
Tips
The Power Scouter adds an impressive +1000 bonus damage per hit to bosses, but breaks if a single hit deals greater than 9000 damage. Therefore, it synergizes very well with weapons that hit many times for low damage.
Trivia
The Power Scouter is a reference to the scouters from the Dragon Ball series, particularly the famous "It's Over 9000!" scene.
