Power Scouter is an equipment in Tiny Rogues.
Tips
Use weapons with high attack speed and low base damage to keep the damage of individual hits below 9000.
Avoid using bombs on enemies as they can easily deal over 9000 damage and break your Power Scouter.
Trivia
The breaking mechanic is a reference to Dragon Ball Z, in which Vegeta's scouter breaks when it reads a power level over 9000.
