Blacksmiths are the main way of repairing your armor and upgrading your weapons. There is a variety of Blacksmith rooms that can appear, including the Soul Forge and the Duergar Blacksmith which only appear on later floors. Blacksmiths can be augmented a variety of ways via Mastery Perks.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The general Blacksmith will let you upgrade your weapon to +3 {{col|P|weapon upgrade level}}, with each upgrade costing 20 {{KW|Gold}}. The anvil next to the blacksmith will also let you fully repair your {{KW|Armor}}. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Mastery Perks will allow you to either: Make upgrades cost increasing amounts of {{KW|Gold}} per {{col|P|weapon upgrade level}} (10/15/20/25) or cost 5 {{KW|Soul}} per upgrade level. They can also either let you upgrade weapons to level 4, offer [[Repair Powder]] for 10 {{KW|Gold}} or remove negative [[Modifiers|enchantments]] from your weapons.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
